  • Challenge: Employees may or may not have deeply considered where they are headed in life or defined their own purpose
  • Solution: Students should understand the critical defining values and perspectives that will lead them to live the best version of their life

Key Teaching Points:

  • Students should articulate their critical defining values and perspectives
  • Bring the class through each of the key “life view” questions
  • Have them consider: dreams, spirituality, relationships, happiness, and passions
