12:10-1:00pm: Emotional Intelligence

  • Challenge: Employees may have difficulty changing their behaviors to improve their emotional intelligence
  • Solution: There is a way to show one’s emotional intelligence to others. Students should be able to incorporate emotional intelligence practices into their personal behaviors

Key Teaching Points:

  • How to react to other’s behavior in different situations
  • Mirroring others (tone, body language, etc.)
  • R.U.L.E.R. Approach
